while we look after the IT, meaning you can charge out more hours labour instead of wasting time checking your IT is
up to date.
OEM tools are unlike any aftermarket tools you have ever used. They require constant vehicle and OEM software
updates, in fact, they can turn off functionality if the latest updates have not been installed, understandable really
when you consider the number of new VIN numbers come off the production lines each day.

The Bronze technical support package can be bought as a stand-alone package if you already own an OEM tool
package, or you have purchased a package recently from us.
It is a mandatory requirement for both 12 and 36* month lease contracts to ensure the equipment is always suitable
for use and always up to date, and cutting edge technical support is provided during the lease period.
*36 months lease additional feature – 48 hours laptop replacement loan service.
