The technical support we offer ensures that you increase your productivity and get the best use out of your OEM tools. We’ll keep you up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and OEM softwares. Don’t waste time worrying about whether your IT is up to date. You fix the cars and we’ll look after the IT. Updates are imperative, particularly for OEM tools. They require continual vehicle and OEM software updates. So much so, that they can turn off functionality if the most recent updates have not been installed.

Please note: This purchase is only for the first month of your monthly subscription. Once you have purchased, we will contact you to talk through any requirements you have and to set you up on a monthly contract. All of our tech support subscription packages are a 12-month minimum contract.

Note, if you own an OEM tool or have purchased a package from us recently, the Bronze technical support package can be purchased as a stand-alone package. It is mandatory for lease contracts that the equipment is always suitable for use and up to date, and advanced technical support is provided during the lease period.
