We provide Software Loading Services for GM via remote application or RTB. You’ll need to book in advance for remote software loading and typically, we’ll respond within at least 24 hours to offer you a time slot. If you’re sending in your laptop RTB for loading, this usually takes no more than three days. There will be a minor additional charge if you’re sending in your laptop for us to return.
