We offer flexible options for remote software loading or return-to-base (RTB) installation, allowing you to choose the most suitable method for your workshop.
JLR Software Loading Service Options
Remote Software Installation
Our remote JLR SDD and Topix Cloud installation service can be booked in advance. Once scheduled, we typically respond within 24 hours to provide a suitable time slot for your software setup.
Return-to-Base (RTB) Service
If you prefer, you can send your laptop to us for installation. Our RTB software loading service usually takes no more than three days to complete.
Please note: A minor additional charge applies for return shipping when sending your laptop for RTB installation.
