PSA Group vehicles offer limited functionality via SAE J2534-compliant devices. According to Stellantis documentation, only reading functions are officially guaranteed when using Pass-Thru tools.

PSA offer the Lenovo Thinkpad laptop to it’s Authorised Dealers however these are NOT Rugged units and care must be taken when operating in a workshop enviroment.

Registration Requirements
To access full PSA diagnostic and programming functions—especially SERMI-restricted features—you must ensure the following business registrations are in place:
What is SERMI?
SERMI (Secure Repair and Maintenance Information) is a new EU-wide framework that regulates access to security-related vehicle functions, such as key programming and immobiliser replacements. Workshops must apply through authorised bodies and pass a compliance check to receive SERMI approval.
PSA (Stellantis) restricts certain functions unless the user has an active SERMI certificate.

Token cost: €45.80
This grants access to one vehicle VIN for 7 calendar days, including weekends and bank holidays. Tokens must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Note: You must purchase the correct token based on the vehicle brand you’re working on (e.g. Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Vauxhall).

Diagbox is user-friendly, with simple navigation and plenty of on-screen prompts to assist during use. - Updates are released 1–2 times per month.
- Typical update time: 30 minutes, provided the software is relatively up to date.
- Software does not need to be on the latest version to function properly, but we recommend updating a few days after each release.

Stellantis is actively merging its brand portals (including Vauxhall and Fiat) into a centralised Servicebox platform. This has led to registration disruptions, particularly for workshops holding multiple logins.
Non-VAT registered businesses may experience limitations, though a new registration process for these users is being developed.
