Diagnostics and programming are available from €7 per hour, and technical information from €5 per hour.
Training Requirements:
Training is highly recommended, as operation of software can be tricky if you’re not working on the platform frequently.

Software Updates & Support
GTS+ receives rolling updates on a monthly basis, with VCI device firmware updates released throughout the year as well. Updates are typically quick to install, taking under an hour, since they install directly over the existing version without requiring a full reinstall.
Technical support is available through both DTS (Diagnostic Technical Support) and VTS (Vehicle Technical Support) services.
