The Mopar Diagnostic Pod (MDP+) is the latest diagnostic interface for wiTECH 2.0 and wiADVISOR, designed to replace the MicroPod II and support all modern Stellantis vehicle communication requirements. It delivers the same diagnostic capability as the original MDP, while adding improved performance and compatibility for all new vehicle architectures including MY2026.
The MDP+ incorporates advanced vehicle communication technology including CAN FD and Ethernet (DoIP) — protocols not supported by the MicroPod II device. With upgraded internal electronics, improved memory, a faster processor and enhanced Wi-Fi, the MDP+ provides a smoother, faster experience when reading and programming ECUs through wiTECH 2.0.
The MDP+ is a crucial tool for diagnosing, programming, and servicing vehicles such as the 2021 WL and future Stellantis platforms, and is the same dealer-grade interface used in Chrysler dealership environments. It also supports CDA software, enabling engineering-level capabilities for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Fiat vehicles, including offline programming and diagnostic functions.

Software
wiTECH 2.0 is a cloud-based diagnostic system where the software runs on an online server. Your laptop communicates with the wiTECH server through a web browser connection.
