Training Process
Our training sessions are conducted individually via TeamViewer. Sessions typically last around one hour.
24 hours after your training, we will provide you with access to our training videos for 1 month. If you have an active Dealer Tool Support contract, you’ll enjoy ongoing access to updated training videos in response to OEM software changes.
Booking and Attendance
To schedule your training session you will need to:
- Decide on the members of staff to be trained.
- Schedule a time slot with our team.
- Allow 10 minutes over for training. If you don’t receive a call straight away don’t panic. It means the previous session has run over time, this means your session will run over.
Please book your time slot promptly. Failure to do so within the allotted time frame may result in delayed appointments, with re-booking taking up to two weeks. Kindly adhere to the scheduled time, as our trainers operate within limited weekly time slots.
If rescheduling is necessary, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your training 2 times consecutively you will have to pay for future training at our hourly rate of £120 + VAT.
Preparation and Requirements:
To ensure a smooth training experience, you will need:
- A stable internet connection of atleast 15mb/s.
- A direct internet connection with access through network antivirus or blocking firewall. If uncertain, contact your network administrator.
- A strong and reliable phone signal at the time of training.
- A Battery Support Unit suitable for your vehicle brand, meeting the minimum specifications of 14.2v up to 110 Amps (Note: This is not a battery charger, check with our team if you’re unsure).
- A credit card should you need to buy credits or an annual subscription. Don’t be tempted to purchase anything before training as manufacturers do not refund for the wrong subscriptions
- A suitable vehicle matching the tool you want to use. Be aware of the vehicle support for your software and the parts needed to connect to the vehicle. Check with our team if you’re unsure.
Non-Response Policy
If we do not hear back from you within one month, we will assume that training is no longer required and any initial training will become chargeable at our hourly rate of £120 + VAT.
